| 摘 要： | 人力资源作为图书馆的重要资源之一,科学合理的人力资源开发与管理在图书馆建设中起非常重要的作用.高校图书馆进行人力资源开发与管理,要树立人力资源是第一资源的概念,优化配置人才资源,建立、健全人才的长期教育与培训机制,建立科学的人才资源激励机制.

University library should establish the conception of human resource first in developing and managing human resource, and have a good equipment of human resource, build and improve the intellectue 's education and training system, build a scientific talented person encouraging system. |
