摘    要:"校本教研"是对原有教研工作的继承和发展,其核心是学校存在什么问题就研究什么问题并解决问题。"校本教研"的形式和内容有"校本培训与学习"、"校本课题研究"、"校本资源开发"等等,其中核心内容是"校本课题研究"。

Abstract:" School-based Research" is the inheritance and development of our original research work.Its main function is to study and solve the problems existing in schools.School-based Research has the following kinds of forms and contents:"school-based training and learning","school-based subject study ","school-based resource development" and so on.Among them,"school-based subject study " is the core content of the "school-based research".
