| 摘 要： | 读者服务是指图书馆根据读者的文献需求,充分利用图书馆资源直接为读者提供文献和信息服务的一系列活动。在新的环境下随着社会的发展及教育改革的深化,高校图书馆读者服务工作已发生了新的变化,这些新变化主要是读者服务具有了社会性、教育性和服务性。
