| 摘 要： | 延安时期，陈云党的基层组织建设思想主要表现在以下几个方面，即遵循党的政治路线，以明确基层党组织建设的正确方向；重视做好党支部工作，以夯实基层党组织建设的群众基础；坚持党员的标准，以保证基层党组织建设的质量；贯彻民主集中制、严格执行党纪，以提升基层党组织建设的制度化和规范化水平。研究并学习延安时期陈云党的基层组织建设思想，对于当前开展好群众路线教育实践活动，对于党夯实执政基础、凝聚正能量、同圆“中国梦”具有现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | In Yan＇an Time, Chen yun thought about the construction of the party＇s basic organization in the fol- lowing aspects, namely follow the party＇s political line, in order to make clear the correct direction of grass-roots party organization construction; Seriously do a good job in party branch to strengthen the grass-roots party organization construction of the mass base; Adherence to standards of party members, in or- der to ensure the quality of the grass-roots party organization construction; To carry out democratic central- ism, the strict enforcement of discipline, in order to promote the institutionalization and standardization level of grass-roots party organization construction. A study of his idea of the party＇s basic-level organization con- struction in Yan,An time is necessary, for the current in the education practice, the mass line in party consoli- date ruling basis, condensed the positive energy, build ＂Chinese dream＂ is a realistic guiding significance. |
