| 摘 要： | 师专学报是师专师生发表学术科研成果的重要阵地,是教育教学的助推器,是师专教师教育教学水平和科研水平等能力的综合展示,是师专发展的一面镜子,也是高等教育实现科学育人和实践"三个代表"思想的重要展示.江泽民同志在北戴河、中国人民大学发表的有关哲学社会科学的讲话和党的十六大报告,为高校学报无论是自然科学还是哲学社会科学的研究都提出了要求,指明了方向;师专学报应同师专的办学方向一样,服务地方、服务于农村教育、加强基础教育改革研究,为"普九"攻坚服务,为农村和农民服务.

| Abstract: | Journals of teachers' higher colleges are the important publications that display the scientific and scholastic papers writen by the teachers and students. They are the boosters of the teaching process and education, and the combined display of the teaching standard and scientific research capacity of these schools. They mirror the development level, and display the realization of the cultivation of people through education and the practice of the thought of "Three Representings"in higher education. In Beidaihe People's University of China, and on the 16th Congress of the party, Comrade Jiang zemin has made speeches on philosophy and social science, These speeches have made reguirements either for natural science research or for philosophy and social science study, and pointed out the direction. The direction of the journals should follow that of the colleges to serve the local areas and the education in the countryside to buttres the reform research of basic education, to support the work of nine - year compulsive education, and to serve the countryside and farmers. |
