论有效的课堂管理

摘    要:课堂管理系统是一个教师和学生不断地相互作用有机系统,其根本目的是促进学生的发展.要真正实现这个系统的有效运行,教师要管理好学生,管理好时间,管理好教师自身的教学及行为.有效的课堂管理应该具有完整流畅的过程、民主和谐的氛围、师生共进、教学相长的结果.教师应努力做到合理管理教学时间;营造和谐的师生人际氛围;恰当处理学生的问题行为,让课堂真正促进学生的发展.

Abstract:Classroom management system is a constantly teachers and students interacted organic system, its fundamental purpose is to promote the development of students. In order to achieve the operation of the organic system, teachers have to manage students well, to make the most of the time, and have to manage the teaching of their own and control their act, and to be normal teachers. Effective classroom management should ensure the integrity of the process, democratic and harmonious atmosphere, the teachers and students are together, with the results that teaching and learning promote each other. Teachers should strive to make rational management of teaching time; create a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere for the teachers and students; appropriately handle the issue of students; establish a scientific concept of classroom management.
