| 摘 要： | 以生长发育过程中的速度素质为研究对象,以儿童青少年(8~21岁)为测试对象,以年龄为依据,采用数理统计、文献资料等方法,以探析基于生长发育的速度素质特征,以及界定儿童青少年速度素质的发展阶段为目的开展研究.结果表明:以50m跑反应儿童青少年速度素质符合国家学生体质健康指标体系,具有较高的指标有效性;儿少速度素质随年龄递增呈稳步提高趋势,但不同性别的增幅各具差异,呈一定的阶段性;另外,将儿少速度素质发展阶段划分为萌芽期、敏感期和稳定期能科学界定基于生长发育下速度素质自然发展规律的年龄区间,以期为儿少速度素质训练提供有效参考,以及促进不同阶段速度素质发展的有效衔接.

| Abstract: | Growth speed in the process of the quality as the research object, in children and adolescents (8-21) as test object, on the basis of age, and the methods of mathematical statistics, literature, quality characteristics, at the speed of analysis based on the growth and development, and define the quality of the speed of child and adolescent stage of development for the purpose of research. The results show that the response to 50 meters children speed quality accords with national students physical health index system, has the high effectiveness index; Fewer speed quality improved steadily trend along with the age increasing, but each has the growth of different gender differences, present a certain stage; In addition, the fewer the speed quality development stages are divided into bud, sensitive period and stable period can scientific definition based on growth rate under age range of quality natural law of development, so as to provide effective reference for fewer speed diathesis training, and promoting the development of different phase speed quality effectively. |
