清华大学乒乓球课教学实践与反馈的思考

摘    要:采用文献资料法、参与观察法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对清华大学乒乓球选修课教学实践与反馈进行分析,旨在为提高乒乓球运动在我国普通高校可持续发展提供有益参考。主要结论:教学内容以技战术为主,理论知识和实战比赛为辅;运用示范讲解、多球单练等方法,培养学生合作意识和竞争能力:学生收获了知识和技能,达到健身娱乐的目的,对课程满意度较高。建议:优化教学内容,提高教学效果;改进教学方法,创新网络课堂,因材施教,分层教学;组织课外活动,促进乒乓球运动深入全面开展。

Thinking of the Teaching Practice and Feedback of Tsinghua University Table Tennis Class
Abstract:Aiming to provide the profitable reference for increasing the sustainable development of table tennis in the regular universities, this paper analyzes the teaching practice and feedback of the table tennis optional class in Tsinghua University, using the methods of literature review, participant observation, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. The main conclusion: the content of this class relies mainly on the technique and tactics while the theoretical knowledge and the actual competition is subsidiary; the students are trained to have the cooperative awareness and the competitive capacity with the demonstration and, multi-ball training and etc; the students gain the knowledge and the skill, achieve the goal of fitness and entertainment and have a high satisfaction of this class. Suggestion: optimizing the teaching content, improving the teaching effects; improving the teaching method, creating the online class, teaching students according to their aptitude and teaching with step by step; organizing the out-classed activities to promote the development of table tennis.
