| 摘 要： | 在我国体育职业化改革的过程中，职业体育组织依靠协会的法定权威性建立的收入分享机制、人才流动机制及限薪制度促进了俱乐部的产权结构改革。俱乐部的经营自主权逐渐增强，市场竞争力随之加大，俱乐部的人才激励机制相继建立。
