| 摘 要： | 女子三级跳远是20世纪80年代后期兴起的项目。在最初,我国运动员在此项目上有过辉煌的成就。随着时间的推移,我国运动员的成绩与世界先进水平逐渐拉开了差距,其中有许多问题值得研究,技术是其中较为重要的一方面。通过对中外优秀运动员技术的对比研究,发现问题,找出差距,为改进我国女子三级跳远的现状及提高训练效果提供参考。

| Abstract: | Women's triple jumping is a project rose from the late of eightieth. At the beginning,the Chinese player won the resplendent success in this field. But lately,there was a big gap between Chinese athletes with foreign countries.As we all know,technique is the most important thing worthy to study on.This paper analyzes the skill abtained by Chinese athletes and abroad ones,aim to give some references to China's women triple jump training and to improve on the actuality. |
