广东省少数民族地区学校体育现状与发展对策研究

摘    要:采用调查访问、献资料、数理统计等研究方法,研究分析了广东省少数民族地区学体育现状,结果表明:广东省少数民族地区学校体育教育工作基本正常;学校体育教师队伍专职人数不足学历、职称总体情况较低,年龄结构不合理;基础设施条件难以满足教学需求。为促进学校工作开展,提出了应加强学校基础设施的投入和体育师资队体建设;因地制宜开展民族传统体育教育,构建民族传统体育由“边缘”走向“中心”的教学模式;发挥政府资源配置功能,建立少数民族地区体育教育专项基金和开展扶岔援教等方面的对笼与建议。

Abstract:Through the approaches of investigation, documention and statistics, the status quo of the school P. E. teaching of the minorities' regions in Guangdong province is explored and analyzed.The results show that: generally speaking, the P. E. teaching in these regions is normally earned out; the situations of the P. E. teachers of these regions are: insufficient professional P. E. teachers. low acaddemic diplomas and technical titles, inappropriate age structure, hadly equipped sports apparatus which adre difficult to satisfy the requirements of P. E. teaching.To improve the P E.teaching of thesse regions, such strategies and suggestions are put forwards: to strengthen the investment of sports appasratus and the training of the P.E.teachers;to develop the traditional folk sports accordingly and construct the folk sports- centered teaching model;to elaborate the function of governments' resource distribution to set up the specialized fund for the P. E. teaching of the minorties" regions; to lauch the move to help the poor and improve the education.
