| 摘 要： | 在体育强国背景下,中国体育产业得到空前的发展,需求侧和供给侧严重不平衡,传统的体育人才培养途径已经不合时宜,以体育人才培养途径为切入点,根据国家的相关文件精神,在体育产业供给侧改革的背景下,对体育人才的培训途径分析,发现:供给与需求不平衡导致高校培训的体育人才供给数量不足,高素质体育人才缺乏,理论与实践不同步等现象。并就人才培养目标、就业观念、课程体系、实践教学和评价体系提出相关举措,旨在为我国培养优秀体育人才提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Under the background of sports power,China's sports industry has been developing unprecedentedly.There is a serious imbalance between the demand side and the supply side,and the traditional training way of sports talents is out of date.This paper takes the sports talent training approach as the breakthrough point,according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the country,under the background of the supply-side reform of the sports industry,analyzes the training ways of sports talents,and finds that:supply and demand are unbalanced,supply and demand are unbalanced,theory and practice are not synchronized.And put forward the relevant measures to provide some reference for the training of outstanding sports talents in China. |
