| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法对粤港澳大湾区竞技体育发展的意义、交流与合作现状、发展困境、可行性与对策等进行深入研究。根据协同学理论和梯度推移理论,提出粤港澳大湾区竞技体育发展思路:优化粤港澳大湾区竞技体育发展模式,构建区域竞技体育优势项目核心竞争力体系,建立粤港澳大湾区后备人才培养机制,打造区域竞技体育训、科、医、管一体化模式,形成竞技体育区域优势项目集群,创造竞技体育发展新高度,为我国和世界的其他区域竞技体育协同发展提供思路。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper makes an in-depth study on the significance,communication and cooperation status,development dilemma,feasibility and Countermeasures of competitive sports development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.According to the theory of synergy and gradient passage,this paper puts forward the ideas of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area competitive sports development:optimizing the development mode of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area competitive sports,constructing the core competitiveness system of regional competitive sports advantage projects,establishing the training mechanism of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area reserve talents,creating the integration mode of medical management of regional competitive sports training,forming regional competitive sports advantage project cluster,creating a new height of competitive sports development,providing ideas for the coordinated development of competitive sports in China and other regions of the world. |
