| 摘 要： | 党的十九大报告明确指出,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位。在迈向新时代的伟大征程中,要为实现“中国梦”而不懈努力奋勇前行,抓住体育事业发展的战略机遇期,实现体育强国的伟大梦想。理解新时代的理论内涵,明确体育强国的奋斗目标,寻找体育强国的实现动力。在强国之梦的实现道路中,指引体育强国的发展方向,在以人民为中心的根本宗旨中,确立体育强国的时代责任。当前,我国从“体育大国”向“体育强国”迈进的历史时期,竞技体育需要稳中求进,群众体育需要夯实根基,学校体育需要健康促进,体育产业需要点面齐进,体育人口需要实质突破,都是在新时代实现“中国梦”的组成部分,体育事业的大发展我们需要在“新时代”重新定义。体育强国是“中国梦”的组成部分,我们需要在党的十九大报告中汲取思想精髓,“不忘初心,牢记使命”,在全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,去满足人民群众日益增长对体育美好幸福生活的向往与期盼。

| Abstract: | The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is the new historical orientation of China's development.In the great journey towards the new era,we should make unremitting efforts to realize the“Chinese dream”,seize the strategic opportunity of the development of sports,and realize the great dream of the sports power.Understand the theoretical connotation of the new era,define the goal of the sports power,and find the motive power for a powerful sports country.In the realization of the dream of a powerful nation,we should guide the direction of the development of sports power and establish the era responsibility of sports power in the fundamental aim of taking the people as the center.At present,from the historical period of“a major sports country”to“a world sports power”,competitive sports need to be steadily improved,mass sports need to be rammed,physical education needs health promotion,sports industry needs a point of advance,sports population needs substantial breakthrough.Being a world sports power is an integral part of the“Chinese dream”.We need to learn the essence of our thoughts in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,“never forget the original intention,remember the mission”,and meet the people's growing yearning and expectation for a better and happy life of sports in the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.We need to redefine the“new era”in the development of sports.The sports power is the part of the“Chinese dream”.We need to draw the essence of the thought in the nineteen major reports of the party.We should not forget the beginning of the heart and remember the mission.In the decisive stage of a well-off society in an all-round way,we should meet the people's yearning and expectation of the happy and happy life of sports. |
