| 摘 要： | 目前学界对于高校建设的具有公共属性的大型体育类建筑的质量评价标准主要集中于建筑本身的客观物质质量方面,对于建筑的使用者在主观上对其的质量评价则较少关注。由于高校公共体育类建筑存在的重要目的之一就是供大众使用,因而社会大众,特别是使用者对其的主观质量评价更能体现其价值和意义,也在一定程度上决定了其如何存在与发展。借助国内外对社会公共建筑环境质量主观评价研究的理论与实践,结合高校建设的具有公共属性的大型体育类建筑的特点,开展高校大型体育场馆环境质量主观评价方面的研究,尝试构建了高校大型体育场馆的主观评价因素集,并以天津地区不同区域的具有代表性的体育馆——天津大学土立方体育馆(体育馆1)、中国民航大学体育馆(体育馆2)和中国解放军军事交通学院东局子体育馆(体育馆3),这三所天津高校体育馆为例进行了环境质量主观评价分析和研究。

| Abstract: | At present,the quality evaluation standards of large-scale sports buildings with public attributes in Colleges and universities are mainly focused on the objective material quality of the building itself,while the subjective quality evaluation of the building users is less concerned.As one of the important purposes of the existence of public sports buildings in Colleges and universities is for the public to use,the subjective quality evaluation of the public,especially the users,can reflect its value and significance,and determine how it exists and develop to a certain extent.Based on the theory and practice of the subjective evaluation of the environmental quality of social public buildings at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of large-scale sports buildings with public attributes constructed by colleges and universities,this paper carries out the research on the subjective evaluation of environmental quality of large-scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in Colleges and universities,and tries to construct the subjective evaluation factor set of large-scale sports venues in Colleges and universities.The three representative gymnasiums,tucube gymnasium of Tianjin University(gymnasium 1),Civil Aviation University of China(gymnasium 2)and East Bureau Gymnasium(gymnasium 3)of Military Transportation College of Chinese PLA are taken as examples to analyze and study the subjective evaluation of environmental quality. |
