举重运动损伤及预防

摘    要:调查分析举重运动创伤的多发部位和预防办法;结果发现挺举项目损伤多发部位是腰部,肘关节,肩关节和膝关节(占77.5%);抓举项目损伤多发部位是腰部、肩关节、腕关节和膝关节(占70.9%)。建议做足充分准备运动,加强相关肌肉、软组织的锻炼;易伤部位使用保护支持带有效地减少运动损伤。

Abstract:To find the frequently occurring parts of trauma in weightlifting and its prevention methods; The results showed that the frequently occurring parts of trauma in clean and jerk are low back, shoulder elbow and knee joint (77.5%); the frequently occurring parts of trauma in snatching are low back, shoulder and wrist (70.9%); Conclusions: sufficient warming up exercies strenthening relevent muscles and soft tissues and protection of vulnerable parts with supportive protection band can effectively reduce sports traurna.
