内隐记忆和内隐学习研究对体育教学的启示

摘    要:内隐记忆和外显记忆是两种不同性质的记忆过程,内隐学习和外显学习是人类学习的两种方式;内隐记忆具有抗干扰性,耐久性;内隐学习在环境变化多样,应激条件下对运动技能的获得更有效。结论启示我们:在培养学生体育能力,体育索养上及体育教学中应该为内隐记忆和内隐学习创造更多的条件。

Abstract:Implicit memory is the memory process different in nature from that of explicit memory;implicit learning and explicit learning are two styles of learning.Implicit memory is anti_disturbance and durable;therefore,implicit learning is more effective to gain motor skill in various environments and stress condition.It is thus suggested that more opportunities should be given for implicit memory and implicit learning in motor skill training,sports consciousness cultivation and physical education process.
