| 摘 要： | 积极推动学校体育设施的对外开放工作，是贯彻《体育法》，实施《全民健身计划纲要》，依法推进群众性体育工作和街道社区建设的重要措施，本在广泛调查广州市中小学体育设施向社会开放现状的基础上，运用献资料法、实地考察法、座谈法、问卷法等研究方法，找出开放中存在的问题，并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | To speed up the process of opening the sports facilities of the primary and middle schools to the public is the important measure to carry out "The Sports Law" and "The Regulation of Sports four All", push the sports for all community 's development. Based on the investigative situation, the existing problems were found out and corresponding solutions were put forward by using the methods of documentation, practical investigation, forum, questionnaire and so on. |
