| 摘 要： | 中国女排自2008年奥运会以后竞技水平发展成不稳定状态，创造了一系列的最差历史成绩。研究认
为中国竞技体育体制之束缚、后备人才培养模式之混乱、训练方法和技战术选择之矛盾、媒体导向之错位
、竞技体育意识之缺失是导致中国女排难以长期处于较高竞技水平的关键原因。面对现实，立足竞技体育
规律，加大排球联赛的宣传和推广，提升其影响力，增加女排后备人才的来源与交流，减弱外界负面影响
，坚持可持续性发展的道路是中国女排保持长期、稳定竞争力的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Chinese women volleyball team is being in an unstable competitive level after the
Olympic Games of 2008, having got a series of the worst historical performance. Studies
suggest that the constraints of Chinese sports system, the confusion of reserve training
model, training methods and selection of technical and tactical conflicts, media-oriented
dislocation, lacking of sports consciousness are the key reasons that cause the difficulties
for Chinese women''s volleyball at a high competitive level. Face the reality, based on
sports law, increase the volleyball league publicity and promotion, to enhance its
influence, the source of reserve personnel to increase women''s volleyball and exchanges,
reduced the negative impact of the outside world, adhere to the road of sustainable
development are the competitive and stable ways for Chinese women''s volleyball team. |
