| 摘 要： | 当前体育院校知识资产流失的几种主要形式包括有：论文发表和学术交流、校名的无偿使用、人员流动、未及时办理法律保护手续等，造成这种状况的主要原因是法律保护意识淡薄，保护管理体制不健全，在此基础上提出了防止流失的对策和建议。
