目标设定方法在提高体育成绩上的作用

摘    要:用场地实验的方法,测量了福建省某中学的332名初中学生1min仰卧起坐的成绩,探讨不同的目标设定方法对提高体育成绩的关系,以及这种关系在普通学生和体育成绩较差学生中的模式是否相同。结果表明,设定目标比没有目标更能提高成绩;同时设定长短期目标对提高体育成绩的帮助最大;这种关系在普通学生和体育成绩较差学生中没有差别。建立在某些体育项目中试用目标设定法来训练。旨为有效地提高学生体育成绩。

Abstract:The effects of goal setting on the performance of sit_up were investigated in the present study by testing 332 junior high school students.The study included two groups of student.One group was normal students and the other was students who were relative poor in the performance of physical education.Results indicated that the sit_up performance of the goal settings groups was better than that of the groups with no goals.The performance of the short_plus_long term goal group was the best.Discussion focused on the effects found should be applied to some practices in sport.
