| 摘 要： | 本围绕必须根据农村学校实际来针对性地对学生(未来农村体育教师)进行培养教育为题，运用调查分析等方法，对我省农村学校体育场地设施、体育教师工作现状和政府职能部门领导对农村学校体育的重视程度等方面作了认真研究。在此基础上，提出进一步加强对学生思想品德的教育及其具体措施；以及注重培养学生实际工作能力和创造能力的课程改革方案。

| Abstract: | This paper focus on the real situation of a countryside school to culture the futuristic local P.E. teachers. By using the methods of investigating and analyzing, the author gave a study onto the equipments and sport fields, the works of P.E teachers in countryside schools and the manner that local governments officers treat to those schools and teachers who are teaching P.E. courses here.and pot forward that teaching to thought and moral education must be strengthen and give some concrete measures as well as the teaching reformation methods of culturing working and creative ability. |
