| 摘 要： | 目的:全面了解哈尔滨体育学院2012级学生体质健康情况。方法:采用实验法对哈尔滨体育学院2012级学生进行身高、体重、肺活量、握力(男)、坐位体前屈(女)、立定跳远、台阶试验测试,并对测试数据进行整理分析。结论:哈尔滨体育学院2012级学生体质健康状况整体正常,好于其他普通高校,与同类体育院校状况相当;总体上社体系、体育系学生成绩优异于其他系学生,而人文系、艺术系和冬奥学院学生测试成绩则相对较差;各年级的学生呼吸机能一般,男生平均体质指数稍高,上肢爆发力偏低而下肢较好,各年级女生身体形态发育正常,下肢爆发力和柔韧性均较好。

| Abstract: | objective: To comprehensively understand the Harbin institute students''physical healthlevel in Grade 2012 . Methods:The height, body weight, vital capacity, grip strength (male) in succession, crook proneness (female), standing long jump, step were tested by experiment and analyzed the test data. Conclusion: Physical health of students overall normal was better than other ordinary colleges and universities, and was quite similar sports colleges in Harbin physical education institute in grade 2012; On the whole, the department of the social sports and the physical education were better than the other students, and the humanities, arts and kejian student test scores were relatively poor, the respiratory function was general; The boys''body mass index was slightly higher, upper limb explosive force was low and lower limb wasgood; The girls'' body shape developed normally, lower limbs explosive power and flexibility were better. |
