耐力训练性与病理性心脏肥大对心肌超微结构影响的比较研究

摘    要:为了解耐力运动性与病理性心脏肥大在形态学上的差异,本在大鼠游泳训练心肌肥大和肾血管性高血压肥大模型上,测量了各组心肌细胞参数及心肌线粒体比表面与内膜比膜面。结果表明:病理性心脏为向心性肥大,属于生理代偿反应,出现心肌舒张不全、收缩力下降的现象;长期负重训练对心肌功能的影响具有双重性,一方面通过肌纤维增粗,增强心肌收缩力,另一方面,心肌线粒体体密度、比表面不能随运动出现增加,且内膜的比膜面降低。可能是长期负重训练引起心肌舒张功能降低的形态学基础。

Abstract:Twenty rats with exercise and pressure_overload induced myocardial hypertrophy were taken as objects,the parameters of myocardial cells,specific surface and specific membrane of mitochondria were measured to ulteriorly find out the morphological differences between endurance training induced and pathological myocardial hypertrophy.The results showed that the pathological myocardial hypertrophy was centripetal and the outcome of physiological compensation.Long_term loaded training had dual inpact on myocardial cells.The cardiac muscle strength was enhanced with thickening muscle fiber through training.However,the endurance training may weaken myocardial strength with decreasing compliance of cardiac muscle.Under the given exercise condition,the myocardial mitochondria cubic density and specific surface for the endurance_trained rats did not change,and the specific membrane of mitochondria decreased.This was probably the morphologic basis for that long_term endurance training decreases the cardiac diastole.
