| Abstract: | By the analysis and conclusion of the related data about long jump, the article demonstrated the relationship between approach velocity and takeoff technique and the achievement of long jump, and pointed out that carrying out the jointing technique of approach velocity and takeoff technique was the effective approach and basic method to approve the athlete achievement in long jump in order to offer some references to the related therorical research and sports practice. |
