摘    要:目的:人们对脉搏声和肺音的研究已取得了可喜的研究成果,但对运动员这样一个特殊群体的研究未见报道。方法:运用无创声学检测方法,在现场对运动前后的脉搏声和肺音进行同步拾取,对所测得数据加汉宁窗进行功率谱分析。结果:安静时脉搏声和肺音的主峰频率和频率范围与身高、体重之间并不相关,但与运动成绩却有一定的关联。同样的脉跳次数,其脉搏声的主峰频率和频率范围是不一样的;运动后的脉搏声的频率范围向低频和高频两端延伸,而肺音的频率范围则向高频端偏移,主峰频率降低。不同运动项目之间存在着较大差异。因此,我们认为在运动训练中用声谱信号检测具有无创、快速、准确的特点,可作为监测和评价运动员心肺功能的方法之一。

Abstract:Objective:great achievements have been made in the pulse-sound and lung-sound researches,however,such study carried on the objectives of athletes was seldom reported.Methods:By applying the non-invasive acoustic examination,this paper takes synchronous recording of pulse sound and lung-sound signals before and after exercises,and further makes a power spectrum analysis on the Hanning window.Results:before exercises,the primary peak frequency of pulse-sound and lung-sound has little relation with the stature and weight of the objective,but relating to its athletic performance.For the same pulse times,their pulse-sound primary frequency and frequency range are different.After exercises,the lung-sound frequency range extends to the both low-frequency and high-frequency sides,however,the pulse-sound frequency range only extends to the high frequency end,with decreased primary frequency.The results from different sport events diversity a lot.Therefore,we characterize the acoustic examination as a non-invasive,rapid and accurate method,which can be developed as one of the most important ways to monitor and evaluate the athletes'cardio-pulmonary functions.
