| 摘 要： | 区域基本公共体育服务体系的构建,需要依据区域的地域环境、文化背景、经济条件、生活习惯等方面的特征,区域内公共体育服务体系的建设和发展具有相对的统一性.根据公共服务理论,从政府职能转变、健全政策法规、场馆设施建设、突出特色品牌、完善服务网络五个方面进行了阐释,对完善珠江三角洲公共体育服务体系提出了构想.

| Abstract: | It needs the regional characteristics such as the regional geographical environment, cultural background, economic conditions, living habits, etc. to construct the regional basic public sports service system. The construction and development of the regional public sports system have the relative unification. According to the theory of public services, the article put forward some conceptions to improve the public sports service system in the Pearl River Delta as follows: change the functions of government; perfect policies and regulations, highlight the characteristics of the brand, construct the facilities, and perfect the service network. |
