篮球健身操锻炼的身体效应和健身效果分析

摘    要:通过结合篮球运动的基本动作,从基本的站立姿势到传球、运球、瞄篮、转身、突破等篮球专项技术与基本体操的踢腿、体侧、腹背等动作创编成篮球健身操,在不同年龄的人群中进行锻炼,结果表明,本篮球健身操的练习强度在有氧代谢运动范围,长期练习可改善和提高机体的心血管功能和平衡调能力。

Abstract:According to the basic movement of basketball,from passing,dribbling,aiming,tuming,breaking,and the movement of basic gymnastic such as kicking,leaning and bowing,the coures of basketball athletic exercises was compiled and applied by different ages'people. The results show that the course of basketball athletic exercises'intensity is within aerobic sports area It helps to improve cardiovascular function and balance ability as long as practised long_term.
