黄芪对大运动量训练大鼠内皮损伤及功能紊乱的保护作用

摘    要:通过对SD大鼠进行为期8周的游泳训练,测定其循环内皮细胞数(CEC)、血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮(NO)含量并电镜观察血管内皮细胞超微结构。结果表明:①大运动量运动训练后,大鼠CEC增多,血浆ET含量上升,血清NO含量下降;内皮细胞结构受损。②黄芪使大鼠大运动量训练后CEC减少,血浆ET下降,血清NO含量升高;内皮细胞超微结构改善。结论:大运动量训练会导致内皮损伤、功能紊乱,黄芪对大运动量训练大鼠内皮功能及结构具有保护作用,能提高机体运动和抗疲劳的能力。

Abstract:After 8 weeks large load swimming training in SD rats,the contents of plasma endothelin(ET),seum nitric oxisde(NO),circulation endothelial cells(CEC),and the endothelium ultrastructure were tested.The results show that after lone-term load swimming training,the CEC was increased,the plasma ET content was increased and serum NO content was desreased;endothelium ultrastructure was damaged;tragacanth makes the CEC was decreased After large load exercise,the plasma ET content was decreased and serum NO was content was insreased;endothelium ultrastructure was improved.It was concluded that large load swimming training leads to injure of endothelium,the tragacanth might protect endothelium function and endothelium ultrastructure or it might enhance the ability of exercise and anti-fatigue.
