| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法随机抽取重庆市十所本科院校2000名在校大学生进行健康意识状况调查，并从学校体育主管部门获得相应的体质健康数据，通过数据分析法分析了两者之间的关系，发现总体上体质健康与健康意识呈高度正相关，但或因学业压力等因素影响其相关性。并发现随年级增长，体质健康得分（X）及其标准差（S）增大，提示我们数据差异性增加，或因移动互联网带来信息的冲击造成健康意识的分化，最后造成体质健康的分化。

Survey and Analysis of Current Situation of College Students' Health Awareness and Physical Health in Chongqing |

| Abstract: | This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey, randomly selects 2000 undergraduates from 10 undergraduate colleges and universities in Chongqing for health awareness survey, and obtains the corresponding physical health data from the school sports authorities. Through data analysis, the relationship between the two is analyzed. It is found that physical health and health awareness are highly positively correlated on the whole, but are affected by factors such as academic pressure and so on. It is also found that with the increase of grade, the score of physical health (X) and its standard deviation (S) increase, suggesting that the difference of data increases or the impact of information brought by mobile Internet leads to the differentiation of health consciousness, and finally the differentiation of physical health. |
