| 摘 要： | 根据2000年中小学生体质健康状况调查研究检测细则，对广州城市7—18岁男女中小学生24个年龄组，共计2400名学生“九五”期间体质变化情况进行比较分析。结果表明：城市中小学生形态指标随年龄的增长符合一般发育规律，但存在明显的肥胖趋势，女生优于男生；与1995年体调结果相比，2000年城市中小学生体质水平存在不同程度的下降，身体机能的下降尤为突出；小学阶段体质增长情况优于中学阶段；小学阶段身体素质水平男女间无明显区别，中学阶段以后差距拉大。建议体育教育管理部门加大青少年体质检测力度，深入体育素质教育改革，重视学生全面素质的提高。

| Abstract: | According to the regulation on physical fitness of primary and middle school students in 2000,the author comparativlely analyze the physique change condition of two thousand and four hundred students in Guangzhou in the 9th Five-year Plan, who were divided into twenty-four groups between seven and eighteen years old.The result proved that the growth of these students whose shape rose as well as ages was fit for general law. But it tended to fat obviously, girls being prior to boys; The students' physical fitness were down in 2000 comparison to that in 1995,particularly in the function.The growth of physical fitness in primary school is better than that in middle school; In preceding stage, the level of the students' physical fitness were no obious difference.Only after middle school,it increased the distance.So,the department of sprts education and administration should strengthen physical fitness test of teen-agers reform the sports quality education better and take their all-round development seriously. |
