| 摘 要： | 信息化已成为当今社会发展的必然趋势 ,尤其是多媒体计算机技术的迅速发展 ,为体育教育改革和现代体育教学方法和手段的创新提供了良好的契机和广泛的发展前景。本文就信息技术和现代体育教学的发展进行了详细的阐述 ,并就此提出自己的观点 ,试为加速我国体育教学现代化进程提供一定参考。
