摘    要:采用大鼠强制游泳的方法 ,研究了高强度间歇训练和持续性训练对大鼠心肌肌球蛋白Ca2 + -ATP酶活性的影响。 6周训练后 ,以上两训练组大鼠的心肌肌球蛋白Ca2 + -ATP酶活性均增强 ,且间训组增长幅度更大 ,证明运动强度比运动时间对肌球蛋白Ca2 + -ATP酶活性的影响更强 ;特训组雌鼠比雄鼠心肌肌球蛋白Ca2 + -ATP酶活性的增长幅度大 ,提示心肌收缩蛋白在对运动强度和时间的适应方面 ,存在性别差异。

Abstract:By means of forced swimming the effects of high intensity interval and endurance lasting training on calcium-activated myosin adenosine triphosphatase activity in rat heart were studied.After 6 weeks( 6 days/wk) the ATPase activity data of two trained groups with that of control were compared,and found that calcium-activated myosin adenosine triphosphatase activity increased in both trained groups.The value of interval training group was higher than the value of lasting training group.Female rat had higher value than the male in lasting training grorp. Hint: 1)Both high intensity interval and endurance lasting training can raise the activity of cacium-activated myosin adenosine triphosphatase in rat myocardium. 2)Effect of exercise strength is greater than lasting time on calcium-activated myosin adenosine triphosphatase activity in rat heart. 3)There is sexual difference in adaptation to exercise strength and lasting time.
