| 摘 要： | 目的:研究青少年女学生减肥工程的形态、生理和生化的变化,为建立有效的减肥工程促进模式提供科学依据。方法:采取整群抽样法,以体质指数法筛选出120名单纯性超重与肥胖青少年女学生,对其中的60名采用EONPS(健康教育 有氧运动 合理饮食 心理矫正 医务监督)减肥工程进行为期10个月的干预实验,测试实验前、中、后的形态、生理和生化指标的变化。结果:干预实验5个月显示,减肥工程能有效降低患者的体重和体质指数(BMI),并且能提高生理和生化水平;干预实验10个月后,被试着的体重平均减轻3.81kg,BMI、生理和生化指标较减肥前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:超重与肥胖对青少年女学生肌体的损害以及对心血管、呼吸系统的危及等,通过采用EONPS减肥工程的干预实验,各项指标得到明显改善,不仅能达到健康减肥的目的,而且为反对社会和市场上盲目、虚假和危害性减肥提供了客观依据。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to explore the change of form,physiology and biochemistry in young girl-students' slimming project,and to offer a scientific model for efficient slimming project.The clustering sampling method was applied in this study.120 pure overweight and obese young girl-students were selected according to physique index.Half of them had joined the slimming project for 10 months.The form,physiology and biochemistry indexes were detected in a series periods.As a result,after 5 months slimming project experiment,the weight and BMI were efficiently reduced,and the indexes of physiology and biochemistry were greatly increased.After 10 months slimming project experiment,average weight was reduced by 3.81kg(P<0.05).As a conclusion,slimming project is efficient to the improving of the indexes of form,physiology and biochemistry for pure overweight and obese young girl-students. |
