| 摘 要： | 体育这种特殊的人类社会现象，先后经历了竞技化、商品化、社会化以及生活化和大众化的发展阶段。现代体育的发展和变化是一个有其客观发展规律的自然历史过程。因此，改变在计划经济体制下，过分依赖国家和主要依靠行政手段办体育的高度集中的体育体制，逐步建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应，符合现代体育运动规律，国家调控，依托社会，自我发展，充满生机与活力的体育体制与良性循环机制，是我国体育改革的正确方向。

| Abstract: | Sports is a special human activity experienced different stages of development such as competition,commercialization,socialization as well as popularization.The development and change of modern sports is a natural process with its own objective principles.Therefore,it is very necessary to make some change a bout sports system highly dependent on the state government and administraton under reforming economic system.And it is the right route for sports system reformation to establish a new sports system in accordance with socialist market system as well as modern sports principles. |
