| 摘 要： | “芦笙舞”作为苗族先民喜爱的一种舞蹈形式，有着悠久历史,并广泛流传于四川、贵州、广西等地。运用田野调查、实验测试、逻辑分析等研究方法对中国最大的苗族聚居村寨贵州西江千户苗寨进行观察、访问、测试，认为“芦笙舞”是集健身性、教育性、娱乐性、艺术性共生共融的民族民间舞蹈，对练习者机能及身心有明显影响，使本民族成员生命成长的体育文化场域得到保护与传承，是学校多元文化发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Lusheng Dance, as a form of dance popular among Miao ancestors, has a long history. It has been widely spread to Sichuan, Guizhou and Guangxi. By using such research methods as field investigation, experimental test, and logic analysis methods, the author of this paper carried out observations, visitations and tests at Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, the largest Miao inhabitation village in China. Then he drew a conclusion that Lusheng Dance is a folk dance integrated with the nature of fitness, education, entertainment, and artistry and it has an obvious positive impact on practitioner''s function and physical and psychological health. The spreading of Lusheng Dance is good for the protection and inheritance of sport culture fields that promote Miao people''s growth. Therefore it is an inevitable choice for schools to develop multi-culture. |
