| 摘 要： | 构建残障人社区康乐体育模式，是我国社区体育发展的需要，也是残障人体育事业发展的需要。采
用了文献资料法与专家访谈法以及问卷调查法对广州市残障人群进行康乐体育活动现状的调查研究，并据
此拟定了广州市残障人社区康乐体育模式，选取广州市越秀区试点进行12个月的实验研究。研究结果表明
，残障人社区康乐体育模式既有利于残障人的康复，提高体育人口数量，又有利于全民健身计划的进一步
实施。

| Abstract: | The establishment of community recreational sports system for physically
challenged citizens caters for sports service development of not only China''s communities
but also the physically challenged people. This thesis goes through the present scholarly
scrutiny on this issue, surveys by questionnaires the situation of the recreational sporting
of the physically challenged people in Guangzhou and develops accordingly a community
recreational sports system for Guangzhou''s physically challenged citizens. This system is
again experimentally tested at Yuexiu District for a span of 12 months. The results show
that the community recreational sports system can benefit the recovery of the physically
challenged people, encourage people''s participation in physical exercises and facilitate the
further execution of the National Body-building Plan. |
