| 摘 要： | 依据社会支持“缓冲器理论模型”,选用《心理健康测查表(PHI)》、《社会支持评定量表(SSRS)》及《领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)》量表对某省100名在训优秀运动员进行问卷调查。结果发现,优秀运动员心理健康7项因子检出率比较高,与全国青少年相比,多项因子存在非常显著性差异;不同性别和学历的优秀运动员之间心理健康状况存在显著性差异;不同项目、运动技术等级和来源地的优秀运动员社会支持状况存在显著性差异,其中技能类、健将级、来自城镇的优秀运动员得到或领悟到更多的社会支持;社会支持对心理健康有显著影响,是优秀运动员应对应激并保持兴奋状态的重要的外部资源,其中家庭支持和主观支持起主要调节作用。

| Abstract: | The author makes questionnaire investigating on 100 elite athletes who have been selected in a certain province,applying theoretical model of reliever for social support with the tool of the three scales: PHI,SSRS and PSS.The results indicate that compared with national adolescents,several index have significant difference.The mental health conditions of elite athletes with different sexes and education level show significant difference and the same with the conditions of social support for elite athletes of different events,sport skill hierarchy and housing regions among whom more social support is perceived by those of skill levels,master levels and families in cities,social support is an important outside stimulus for the excited state,especially support from families and subjective support. |
