| 摘 要： | 针对体育院、系大学毕业生的就业率低，毕业生就业困难的状况，提出培养体育院、系大学生的就业意识是一个十分重要、不可忽视的问题。章采用献资料，比较分析法，对目前体育院、系大学生就业意识的现状，就业意识培养的措施和途径进行了分析、论述。结果表明，对体育院、系大学毕业生就业意识的培养是适应新世纪人才市场的需要，对提高毕业生择业、就业具有十分现实和重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In view of the graduates' low employment rate and difficulties of obtaining employment in College & Department of Physical Education (PE), this article puts forward that it is very important and necessary to develop the students' awareness of obtaining employment By comparing and analyzing some documents and material, this article makes an investigation about the current situation and the ways of the students' awareness of obtaining employment development The result shows that the development of students' awareness of obtaining employment can help the students to meet the need of the new era and it is also a very important and necessary means of improving the employment rate |
