| 摘 要： | 对背越式跳高起跳过程和起跳机制进行分析,认为背越式跳高起跳是从助跑最后一步摆动腿垂直支撑开始到起跳腿蹬离地面结束的“两步”起跳过程,起跳机制是在“两步”起跳过程中,两腿共同参与起跳,肌肉收缩用力产生加速度,使速度不断积累,当速度达到一定临界值时（支撑反作用力为零）人体按一定的腾起初速度和角度离地腾空。
