| 摘 要： | 目的:分析增权理论视角下恢复期中风患者权利缺失现状,并构建“社区康复体育”服务计划,为中风患者增权.方法:采用了文献资料、问卷调查和实验等研究方法.结果:(1)增权理论视角下,中风患者权利缺失表现在自信心的缺失,亲朋关系的缺失,能力、机会的缺失,活动范围局限,缺乏专业指导,政府支持的缺失和社会理解的缺失等;(2)增权理论视角下构建了“社区康复体育”服务计划,并对中风患者的康复进行了实务介入;(3)增权理论视角下,通过个案工作、小组工作和社区工作的干预,中风患者的自信心明显增强,亲朋关系得到建立,能力和机会得到补充,活动范围加大,得到了社会专业人士的指导,生活能力和生活质量也得到了明显改善.结论:增权理论视角下的“社区康复体育”服务计划能帮助中风患者进行良好地恢复.

| Abstract: | The objective was to analyze rights lack of stroke patients from the Perspective of Empowerment and build rehabilitation sports in urban to increases the power for stroke patients. Methods This research adopts literature review, questionnaire method and experimental method, etc. Results (1) The stroke patients'' rights was lack in confidence, family relations, ability, opportunity, range, government support and social understanding; (2) The study constructed rehabilitation sports in urban and practiced in rehabilitation for patients with stroke; (3)The stroke patients have been improved significantly in confidence, the relationship, the ability, the chance, the scope of activities by the guidance of the people in the society, life ability and quality of life have been improved by the intervention of case work, group work and community work. Conclusion The rehabilitation sports in urban from the perspective of empowerment could help stroke patients recover well. |
