| 摘 要： | 新规则的较大改动，提高了难度要求，评分的标准更加苛刻，对运动员能力、技术要求明显提高，如何理解和把握体操新规则成为人们关注的焦点。如何适应新规则要求并提高能力，是一项非常艰巨的任务。分析我国体操女队实力及现状，提出新奥运周期训练目标，为中国女子体操在弱项上有所突破提供参考。

| Abstract: | Now people focus on that how to understand and master new rule.New rule has been modified much more.It improves difficulty and demands much strictly to standard of scoring,and visibly improves to athlete's ability and demands of skill.How to adapt to new rule and improve athlete's ability is a very hard task.This article through analyzing ability and present situation of our country women's gymnastics team,bring forward training target during new Olympic Game period,and contend to improver team achievement of women's gymnastics and weak item. |
