| 摘 要： | 篮球运动员的专项速度耐力是一项很重要的专项运动素质。研制运动员专项速度耐力的测试方法,对指导训练和科学选材有着重要意义。本文以几所普通高校篮球队的队员为研究对象,采用系统论建立系统模型的方法,以图达到有效地测试篮球运动员专项速度耐力的目的。研究结果表明,所研制的专项速度耐力综合测试模型是行之有效的。

| Abstract: | To basketballers, the specific speed endurance is a very important fitness. This study on how to measure and evaluate the specific speed endurancecan guide training and selecting basketballers. Due to the present limited conditions, this paper took basketballers only from several college basketball teams as subjects to establish the test model Q'f specific speed endurance with systematical model method. Results show that the model established in this article is practical. |
