| 摘 要： | 对参加在墨尔本举行的2007年第12届游泳世锦赛和2007年全国游泳冠军赛暨2008年奥运会资格达标赛男女子200m、400m个人混合泳项目决赛运动员的各分段百分率、各分段成绩与总成绩进行了对比分析，以期为进一步提高我国混合泳项目水平，更好备战08年北京奥运会提供参考依据。结果表明：我国男子个人混合泳落后于世界先进水平的主要原因是四种泳式发展水平的落后，差距最大的泳式为仰泳。我国优秀女子混合泳运动员在体能上具备较强的冲刺能力，要想赶超世界优秀选手，必须在前三个分段的绝对速度上有所提高，尤其是蛙泳。我国混合泳运动员今后训练的重点应放在全面提高四种泳式的尤其是弱项的发展水平上、增强运动员体能和提高泳式转换能力上。
