| 摘 要： | 运用对比实验法 ,对强化横拍两面攻选手侧身攻技术的优越性作了追踪实验研究。结果表明 ,强化横拍两面攻选手侧身攻技术能明显提高脚步移动频率、步法移动到位率和侧身攻成功率 ,有助于改变比赛节奏 ,摆脱对手攻中路的威胁 ,增加正手控球范围及技战术变化 ,提高比赛成绩。这种技术是横拍两面攻选手比赛成绩突破的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Experimental follow research on the superiority of strengthening the pivot attack technique for player of table tennis grip attack on both sides were made.Results shows that the technique can improve evidently one's step movement frequency,accurate rate of footwork movement and successful rate of pivot attack,and is contributed to changing the competitive rhythm,freeing oneself from opponent's threat of attacking middle zone of the table,increasing forehand's control range and the technical and tactical change,improving the competitive achievement. |
