| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国体育经纪人产业目前的发展状况,与西方发达体育经纪产业对比,基于我国国情,找出我国体育经纪人产业在发展中所遇到的问题和阻碍,并结合李娜经纪团队的成功经验,找出解决问题的方法和措施,阐述理论观点,对体育经纪人产业的健康持续发展提出建议与意见,为实现"十三五"体育产业发展目标提供人才支撑,助力体育产业的腾飞.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the current development situation of the sports agents industry in China as well as comparing with Western''s advanced one, this essay found out the problems and obstacles along the development of sports agents industry in China based on the national conditions. It combined with the success of Li Na''s agent team in order to find out methods and measures which could solve the problem, or explain the theoretical perspectives. It also puts forward some suggestions and opinions that would keep the healthy and sustainable development of the sports agents industry. These will provide talent support for the 13th Five-year''s goal of sports industry development and assist the development of the sports industry. |
