| 摘 要： | 通过文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以河南省郑州市5所高校选修形体课的200名女大学生为研究对象,对教学现状及学生参加形体练习的心理趋向进行调查分析。结果表明,形体练习很受女大学生的喜爱,具有很好的教学基础。在形体教学中,应进一步改进教学方法,完善教学内容,教会学生健身的技术、健身的原理以及自我评价监督健康的方法,使学生真正掌握并终身受益。
