| 摘 要： | 我国竞技体育体制和运行机制诞生于计划经济时代，且一直沿用至今。历史上，这套制度曾为我国竞技体育事业的发展起过重要作用，促使我国竞技体育取得辉煌的成就。但时过境迂，在时代和社会发展变化的背景下，我国现有的竞技体育体制和机制已经出现了诸多矛盾和问题，面临日益严峻的挑战。为使竞技体育的长期、稳定和可持续发展，竞技体育体制和机制今后的变革不可避免，只是变革的形式还有待于今后深入研究。

| Abstract: | The competitive sports system and mechanism of PRC has been established in the era of planned economy and it still be in use nowadays even after a long time. It has been playing an important role in the development of Chinese competitive sports cause in history and has been especially successful in gold medals. In modem time, however, it has more and more problems and has been severely challenged by the changes of social environment. It is inevitable for the system to change with the changing environment for the development of China competitive sports. Still, it is not very clear for us how to change it and we will resort to further study. |
