游泳运动员不同性质负荷后血乳酸心率变化特征的研究

摘    要:通过实验研究对游泳运动员在训练测验和比赛两种负荷条件下,血乳酸、心率的变化特征进行分析,旨在研究不同性质负荷对游泳运动员机体的影响程度。实验结果表明:比赛条件下游泳运动员机体承受负荷最明显的表现是,负荷后对机体的影响要比测验负荷大;比赛和测验负荷后,血乳酸和心率两项指标的变化并不呈同步趋势。在超过最大强度负荷的情况下,血乳酸指标能较准确地反应游泳运动员机体承受不同负荷的变化特征;比赛负荷和测验负荷,受心理因素的影响很大。训练负荷达到比赛负荷要求的关键是提高心理负荷强度。

Abstract:The change character of heart rate and blood lactic acid of swimming athlete after different kinds loads in training and competition two condition was disscussed. It's aimed at affect different character training loads on swimming athletes.The results is showed that under competitions condi- tion, the after-load effect of these swimming athletes is more than the .befre-load affect, after the competition and the training, the blood lactic acid and heart rates of swimming athletes aren' t in- phase current. If the experiments load execced the max intensity loads, the date of blood lactic acid re- flect the change character of swimmer after the different kinds loads.The competition load and the training load get more offect of the psychology factor.The keys of how the training load achieve the competition intensity is improve the swimmer's psychology load intensity.
