妊娠与运动

摘    要:为了指导妊娠期妇女进行合理的运动。通过综述的方式 ,反映国外运动医学界有关方面的研究情况。研究表明 :孕妇有规律的适度的运动可防止体质下降 ,并可使肌肉力量保持良好、妊娠和分娩更轻松 ,而不会显著影响妊娠期的长短和新生儿体重。因而合理的运动对母亲有益 ,不会给胎儿带来危害。大多数妇女都可在妊娠期开始或继续运动。但有些运动项目应避免参加或需对练习方法做调整。

Abstract:Attention was paid to the interactions between the changes of pregn-ancy and demands of exercise by the foreign sports medicine investigator in recent years Evidence now suggests that regular,moderate exercise is an important factor in overall matemal health,and does not significantly affect length of gestation or birth weight Itmay ease pregnancy and labor So sensible exercise and training programs involving no risk to the fetus can be beneficial to the pregnant mother,both physiologically and psychologically Most women can begin or continue to exercise during pregnancy Some exercise should be avoided and some women may need to modify their routines
